When we think of stained glass we nearly always think of churches, and beautiful though they are, there are so many more uses for original stained glass than what may seem to be obvious. These could include lampshades, terrariums, chessboards, clocks, mirrors, sun catchers or even stained glass sculptures, all of which can be made using the "Tiffany style" of stained glass, as opposed to windows which are usually constructed of glass in between pieces of lead; the latter sometimes known as "leaded light windows". The only restriction to what can be created is the limit of our own imagination.
